6th round of a season which includes 12, the Most Autodrome is hosting the Supersport World Championship this weekend World SBK, this time with all its usual categories.

Adrian Huertas (Aruba.it Racing WorldSSP Team) arrives in the Czech Republic pumped up after his dominant performance at the British round, where he took a double victory. This impressive feat allowed the Spaniard from the 300 to increase his lead in the championship standings, where he now has 186 points. He is followed by Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team), which currently occupies second place in the standings, 25 points behind Huertas.

In the Czech Republic, the Italian from the Barni team will be keen to take his revenge on Donington, where he crossed the finish line first in the second race, before being downgraded by one position for having driven on the Green. This was not perceptible on the screen, but the Commissioners have much more sophisticated tools at their disposal than our simple small screen...

Behind this duel of Ducati Panigale V2, spearhead of the 600cc, Stefano manzi (Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing) is in third place with 147 points. The Yamaha rider is far from unworthy but often proves powerless against the torque of the 2cc Italian V955s, just like our French representatives, Valentine Debise (Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team) and Lucas Mahias (GMT94 Yamaha), currently 5th and 10th respectively in the championship, 89 and 134 points behind the leader.

Lorenzo Baldassarri (WRP-RT Motorsport by SKM-Triumph) is a driver who stands out for his past successes at Most. Baldassarri is the only driver on the current permanent grid to have achieved a victory at Most in WorldSSP. However, he won't be the only one with a victorious past on the track. Steven Odendaal, who took the first ever WorldSSP victory at Most in 2021, will race as a wildcard for WRP-RT Motorsport by SKM-Triumph and is expected to draw on his past experience.

Another duo to watch is the one formed by Marcel Schroetter (MV Agusta Reparto Corse) and his teammate Bahattin Sofuoglu (MV Agusta Reparto Corsica). Both drivers performed well at the Czech round in 2023, each reaching the podium. Currently fourth in the championship standings, Schroetter and Sofuoglu will be keen to repeat their performances and fight again for the top places.
