Engine RPM Limits for 2019 Superbike Models
In accordance with technical regulations and more particularly on the balancing of different motorcycles, speed limits have been established for the new approved Superbike models (e.g. Art 2.4.3.1).
All tests were carried out at manufacturers' factories with ready-to-use machines. The initial 2019 rev limits for new machines are subject to revision, at the discretion of the FIM, if production machines supplied by points of sale differ in their performance characteristics and are subject to the articles mentioned in 2.4.3 .x of the Superbike World Championship Regulations.
