Scott Redding signs his fourth success, stops Jonathan Rea's streak and keeps Ducati's world championship alive. Michael Rinaldi third: He is now one of the greats.

Scott Redding breaks the winning streak of Jonathan Rhea in the Superpole Race races (six in a row) and brings Ducati back to the waterline. It's not enough to erase the mistake in race 1 but, on a psychological level, it's the best response the Briton could give. Kawasaki remains +27 points, but the world championship is still alive, very alive. Michael Rinaldi, winner of the day before, confirms at a very high level: Third place.

Jonathan Rea started in the lead, taking advantage of pole, but the Ducatist attacked headlong. At the chicane, he passed in force and opened the way. The Cannibal didn't give up, he insisted for 5-6 laps, then he understood that it was better to defend his big advantage in the championship than to get into trouble. Michael Rinaldi was there, very close, but without the little “extra” that would have been necessary to follow up on Saturday's success. Redding, Rea, Rinaldi: Race 2, which will start at 14 p.m., offers a first line of lions.
