Anticipation was high for the Superbike Superpole in Argentina and the one who shone the most was Soil Razgatlioğlu. The Pata Brixx Yamaha team rider took pole position, recording a best time of 1'36"216 in his final attempt.

The reigning SBK champion is particularly comfortable on the San Juan circuit and can be considered the favorite for Race 1. But alongside him, his rivals Jonathan Rhea (+0″233) on a Kawasaki and Álvaro Baptist (+0″455) on a Ducati will be ready to make his task difficult. It will be interesting to see how the first round plays out.

Superbike, good for Honda and BMW in San Juan
An excellent fourth time for Iker Lecuona on the Honda, which should also do well in the race. Occasionally, on a dry lap, the Spaniard was strong, but the CBR1000RR Fireblade lacked pace. Scott Redding also did well, fifth on the BMW, and he too is keen to finish well. The second line is completed by the surprising Loris Baz with the M 1000 RR from the Bonovo Action team.

In third place, we find the Italians Axel Bassani et Michael Ruben Rinaldi, who will start alongside the Kawasaki ofalex lowes. Eleventh only, Andrea Locatelli on the other factory Yamaha, which will start between the Honda of Xavi Virgo and the R1 of Garrett gerloff. The ghost Xavi Fores is fifteenth on the Ducati of the Barni team. As for the Argentinians, Leandro Mercado is nineteenth and Mark Solorza twenty-second (last).

See you at 20:00 p.m. French time for race 1, where a big battle is expected. Alvaro Bautista, Soil Razgatlioğlu et Jonathan Rhea want to put on a show both to achieve their ranking goals and to give emotions to the fans present at the San Juan Villicum circuit.
