You are not dreaming: only a few weeks after undergoing yet another surgical procedure, Ana Carrasco will take part in winter testing in February aboard her Kawasaki Ninja 400 to prepare for her return to the FIM Supersport 300 World Championship. A hell of a fighter!

At the beginning of January, the pilot from Murcia underwent a new surgical procedure to remove the implants that had been placed to speed up the healing of the injuries she suffered in a serious fall during a private test in Estoril where she had fractured two vertebrae, which deprived her of the second half of the 2020 season. The intervention took place earlier than planned, as recovery had progressed well.

She has just announced that she will be back on the handlebars of a motorcycle for the first time since her fall, next February, in order to best prepare for the 2021 season. She who never loses her will to continue or even his smile has a mind of steel!

The team also announced the arrival of a new sponsor for Ana Carrasco and Kawasaki Provec WorldSSP300: Armor. “It’s been a great week! The doctor told me that I was completely cured, and it's also great to have Armor by my side, this new biker gear offers a very cool range. A huge collection for all bikers is available, jackets, pants, gloves, boots, and I see some very innovative things coming soon. I am sure that their support will help me in my fight for the title. »

The 2021 WorldSSP300 season is set to begin at Assen on the weekend of April 23-25 following a two-day official test scheduled for the end of March at the Circuit de Catalunya.
