Valentine Debise sent us the video of his weekend in Aragon, the place of his first victory in the world championship WorldSBK Supersport.
The 2024 season of Valentine Debise in the Supersport World Championship ended with 4th place overall. Despite the vagaries of a motorsport, the objectives were therefore achieved for the Albi rider who allowed you to follow him closely throughout the past year through his videos immersed in the Evan Bros WorldSSP Yamaha Team.
Change of season, new change of team and change of machine, this year the number 53 lined up with a Ducati Panigale V2 of the Renzi Corse team, a new challenge far from the easy one that he continues to make you experience in the tenth episode of season 2 of his immersive videos. A big job, particularly successful, always as interesting and aimed at a wide audience, from the simple spectator to the passionate about riding and technique.
We then took stock with him in a long interview (see here), during which we reviewed all the details of his winter preparation, his Australian weekend and the 2025 Supersport category in general, with his revised Balance Of Performance.
As the end of the season approaches, this tenth chapter of 2025's "In the Bubble" tells you about his splendid weekend in Spain, rewarded by a victory in race 1 and a podium in race 2.
Valentine Debise : “It’s great! It’s almost my home track, as it’s the closest to my house. So it was really fun and a lot of friends came. It’s always a good time for me here, on and off the track. It’s also a place where I train, as I’m close to it. I waited a long time for this victory, but I had so many second and third places that I knew my time would come. I saw at Magny-Cours that I could have an opportunity, but in the end I had too many problems. Thanks a lot to the team because they did an incredible job, fixing all the problems we had and repairing the bike that I destroyed in the crash. From the first lap, everything was perfect, so a big congratulations to them, and thanks also to all my sponsors.”
Returned to 7th place in the championship, just behind his compatriot Lucas Mahias (GMT94 Yamaha), will the Frenchman be able to shine again at Estoril?
While waiting to see the video taken in Portugal this weekend, discover the behind-the-scenes of the work and results achieved in Aragon, in a pleasant format accessible to all.
