Never have the commentators on the official WorldSBK website pronounced the name of Valentine Debise (GMT94 Yamaha), because yes Nicholas Bulega (Aruba Racing WorldSSP Team) crossed the finish line of the Supersport race in Assen as the winner after starting from pole position, it was around the French driver that the exciting action of the intermediate category competition!

With a few laps to go, things looked like this: Nicholas Bulega pranced alone in front of a duo composed of Can Öncü (Kawasaki Puccetti Racing) and local Glenn Van Straalen (EAB Racing Team), these two men being detached in front of a furious group composed of Valentin Debise, Federico Caricasulo (Althea Racing Team), Stefano manzi (Ten Kate Racing Yamaha) and Marcel Schrötter (MV Agusta Reparto Corsica).

There, we competed to the millimeter, each with its advantages, the Ducati and the MV Augusta with their power, the Yamaha with their passing speed.

After doubling it, Valentine Debise resisted the counterattacks of Federico Caricasulo, then even to the provisionally winning one of Stefano manzi, but had to bow to the MV Augusta by a Marcel Schrötter overexcited. The latter even went to look for Can Öncü who seemed to be in distress, then in the last lap Glenn Van Straalen in a surpassing of all beauty.

Valentine Debise also won over the Turkish driver and finished just off the podium, 2 tenths from second place.

A very good performance from the Albigensian who showed a level of competitiveness equal to the best. Well done !
