From our article announcing his participation in the Czech round of the Supersport World Championship, in Most on the weekend of July 31, Valentine Debise was officially named as the wild card winner for the French round at Magny-Cours (September 9-11).
On the GMT94 page, we can read : " With 10 victories in 10 races, Valentine Debise wins for the second consecutive year the wild card offered by GMT94, yamaha Motor and French Motorcycling Federation, for the WorldSBK round on the Magny-Cours circuit (France). See you from September 9 to 11 to see him alongside Jules Cluzel and Andy Verdoia! »
Remember that the latter is offered by the FFM, Yamaha and the GMT94, and that the Albigensian will therefore ride, like last year, on the handlebars of a Yamaha R6 in the colors of the GMT94, like Jules cluzel ou Andy Verdoïa.
Conversely, his participation in Most is a personal commitment, and it is therefore with his motorcycle from the French championship that he will participate, even if he will benefit from technical support for the occasion (engine, electronics, suspensions, data engineer, and all the necessary parts) and logistics of the GMT94.
It is also exactly the same support that will benefit from the other wild card which will soon be chosen by the FFM for Magny-Cours.
