Toprak Razgatlioglu, leader of the Superbike World Championship, was to be one of the stars of the BMW Motorrad Days which will be held from July 5 to 7 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. However, much to the disappointment of many fans, he will not be able to participate.

The BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch-Partenkirchen are the world's largest gathering of BMW two-wheel enthusiasts. Toprak Razgatlioglu, who leads the Superbike World Championship standings, was expected to offer spectacular demonstrations to his fans.

Unfortunately, a fall in training this week caused severe bruising to the right leg of the Turkish pilot, forcing him to withdraw from the event. According to speedweek, Toprak is now focusing on his recovery ahead of the upcoming back-to-back events at Donington Park in England and Most in the Czech Republic.

Currently, after the first twelve races, Razgatlioglu holds an advance of 21 points on Nicholas Bulega, factory driver Ducati, in the general classification. He aims to win the first title of BMW in the serial motorcycle world championship, created in 1988.

After two years in Berlin, the BMW Motorrad Days returns to Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 2024. This event is a must-see for fans of the brand, offering a variety of activities such as exhibitions, test drives, drift shows and conferences.

There will also be live music and plenty of dining options. Shuttles will transport visitors to the event location. Other notable guests will include pilots BMWas an Michael van der Mark, also participating in the Superbike World Championship.
