The 2019 MotoGP season ended on Sunday evening at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia and, from tomorrow at 10 a.m., the 2020 MotoGP will make their first laps on the same Spanish track.

Covered up, at nightfall, they were discreetly taken out of the trucks last night and, on this Monday, the boxes of the official MotoGP teams take on the appearance of particularly well-kept safes even more than usual...

The extremely cool weather does not offer any chance of seeing a curtain rise, so we will have to wait until tomorrow morning to see the animals.

In the meantime, we can perhaps get an idea of what the 2020 Ducati saddle will look like by looking at the photos of the wildcard one. Michele Pirro during the weekend of the last Grand Prix: much wider in its upper part, the seat backrest seems to offer greater aerodynamic support on the rear wheel... That is to say approximately the same function as the "cooler rear tire”, a real swingarm spoiler introduced this year by Ducati and since copied by all brands.

In Borgo Panigale, you never give up…

This was the only new element seen during the last Grand Prix.

Note: The first MotoGP 2020 tests will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 16:45 p.m., before 15 minutes dedicated to the start tests.
They will be broadcast by Canal+ and commented on from Paris.
