Arnaud Vincent: a French world champion will return to the track!

After a few attempts at motocross, Arnaud Vincent tried his hand at speed at the age of 20. He became French 125cc Champion three years later before joining the World Championship in 1998 with the Scrab team.

It will then take him 5 years before, at the end of constant progression, he won the 2002cc world title in 125, obtaining 5 victories and as many podiums aboard his Aprilia from the Worldwide Race team.

At that time, his adversaries were called Manuel Poggiali, Dani Pedrosa et Luchio Cecchinello, but also the Jorge Lorenzo, Andrea Dovizioso, Hector Barbera, Masao Azuma ou Marco Simoncelli...

16 years later, Arnaud Vincent will take the handlebars of a Yamaha TZ V2 to defend his chances during a round of the Class GP 250, as part of the 2018 edition of the Sunday Ride Classic.

This will take place on March 24 and 25 on the circuit Paul ricard, and our little finger tells us that he will have famous and serious adversaries…
