It's rare that we publish driver reports from the FIM CEV Repsol Championship, but this first Alan Techer's victory in the European Championship Moto2 riding the NTS Pro deserves it!

Thursday was a development day for us. We tried different things, including a stiffer chassis among other things. The feeling with the bike was good from the start, despite different configurations, I ride in 1'45″3.

Le Friday for FP1 and FP2, we still did development with my technical team to be efficient on one lap for qualifying, but we also tried things to be efficient on 17 laps. In the morning, I ride very quickly, clearly improving my time but also my personal best lap in 1'44″2.

In the afternoon the wind picks up for the 2nd session and like last year, I have problems in the fast turns and we are trying to remedy them. I ride in 1'44″9.

Saturday At QP1, it's definitely colder, but from the start I had a great feeling and I found the bike from yesterday morning. With my technical staff, we made the decision to do the qualifying time in the morning and to work on QP 2 for the race, the track being slower in the afternoon. We will therefore put on all new tires in the morning and I ride in 1'44″50, which places me on the first row: 3rd, 0,3 seconds from pole.

Sunday morning warm up, I achieve good times, consistent with worn tires at the end of the race, I place 3rd, 0,2 seconds behind the best time.

For the race, I got off to a good start, took second at the first corner, and took the lead at the second curve. For 6 laps I will stay in front but I am overtaken by one then two competitors. Quickly, I responded and took second place in the race.
On the 13th lap, I took the lead again and set a faster pace and there were 2 of us going for victory. On the last lap, at the limit in all the corners, I stayed in the lead.
In the last corner, the second one overtakes me, but I put the bike in a slide, go back to the inside, pass him again and win.

Finally this long-awaited first victory in this category, which also delights the entire NTS team for the first victory for this new motorcycle. I dedicate this Marseillaise to the entire team, to all my sponsors and to all of you, without whom nothing would be possible.
