Born on January 7, 2001 in Rome, Foggia had a magnificent season on his Junior Team VR46 Riders Academy KTM, winning the Junior World Championship, based on the CEV Moto3.

Ten races were contested this year out of a total of twelve, the last two taking place on November 19 in Valencia. But two events from the end Foggia is already titled thanks to an exceptional year which saw him crowned with 176 points, while Jeremy Alcove counts 106, Vicente Perez 105, Alonso Lopez 102 and James Masia (winner this Sunday) 101.

Foggia won three races and finished second four times. He has been the only one so far to score points in every race except one, while his opponents have been much less consistent.

Dennis will therefore find himself next year within the SKY VR46 Riders Academy Team the 2015 Junior World Champion Nicholas Bulega.

“I'm really happy to have finished the World Championship this way in this race, said Dennis Foggia. We did everything we needed to do from pole position. »

“I am very happy with the work we have done with the team because we have worked well since the start of the championship. In Aragon I was calm because I could manage, but we did everything well.  »

“After Valencia and Estoril we realized we could be competitive and now I'm really happy to have become World Champion. I have yet to realize it, but I am very happy. »

“I thank Sky, the VR46 Rider Academy and everyone working on this great achievement, starting with Uccio and Valentino. Next year will be very important for me and I am happy to start this experience this way. »
