RACE 1: VALENTIN DEBISE AS BOSS

When the lights went out, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki Twist Ring Racing – Dunlop) put his experience to good use and took the lead in the first corner. Mathieu GINES (Yamaha Tech Solutions – Michelin) follows in the footsteps of the Albigensian rider but he gradually gives DEBISE some breathing space to find himself under the threat of Axel MAURIN (Yamaha CMS – Michelin).

The paddock also observes Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) who seems to have a problem since he was in 4rd rank at the start of the race and retrograde to 8rd position after 7 rounds. He thus leaves Morgan BERCHET (Yamaha – Dunlop) in pursuit of the GINES – MAURIN duo. After 10 laps, FORAY was forced to return to the pits.

In the lead, DEBISE goes it alone and widens the gap on MAURIN, GINES and BERCHET who put on a show to win 2rd place. Over the laps, the Albigensian driver confirmed his good form and won with more than 3 seconds ahead of his predecessors. In second row, BERCHET shines after having held the lead to GINES in the last laps. The 2020 French Champion therefore finishes 3rd with a second delay on BERCHET. MAURIN, for his part, reinforces the 4rd position and finished at the foot of the podium.

Au 5rd rank, Challenger rider Guillaume ANTIGA (Honda – Michelin) resists Gregory LEBLANC (Ducati TWR – Pirelli), Matthieu LUSSIANA (Yamaha – Dunlop), Florent TOURNE (Yamaha – Dunlop) and Alan TECHER (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) during a great part of the race. However, in the last 4 laps, LUSSIANA took control of the peloton in front of LEBLANC. The two competitors compete against each other and it is ultimately “The White” who comes out on top and ranks 5rd in front of LUSSIANA. TECHER finishes 7rd in front of TOURNE and ANTIGA.

In Challenger, the Le Mans rider Martin RENAUDIN (Yamaha Moto&GPAddict – Pirelli) took the points for second place behind Guillaume ANTIGA.

On the last step of the podium, it's a surprise: Léo CHALLAMEL (BMW – Dunlop), defector from European Bikes, relegates Gabriel PONS (Kawasaki – Pirelli) to 14rd scratch rank at the end of the race and finishes 13rd, synonym of 3rd place in Challenger.

RACE 2: 4TH CONSECUTIVE VICTORY FOR DEBISE

Author of a very good start from 2nd position, Kenny FORAY takes control of the race followed by Valentin DEBISE who is determined not to give up. But in the first laps, Mathieu GINES puts the brakes on the Albigensian driver and positions himself behind the #178 BMW.

In 7rd turn, GINES gets the best of FORAY who then finds himself in the clutches of DEBISE. The latter also surpasses the Tecmas driver in the following lap. However, it is a turnaround in the 9rd turn, DEBISE seizes the leading position while FORAY recovers 2rd place leaving GINES at 3rd rank.

With 4 laps to go from the checkered flag, it's Mathieu GINES' turn to move into second place ahead of Kenny FORAY who is ahead of a battle between Axel MAURIN and Gregory LEBLANC.

Finally, DEBISE concluded the weekend with a new victory with more than 2 seconds ahead of GINES, 2rd. FORAY keeps 3rd place in front of LEBLANC who surprises MAURIN on the penultimate lap to finish 4rd.

The paddock also notes the great performance of Matthieu LUSSIANA, 6rd ahead of the first Challenger pilot Guillaume ANTIGA, 7rd.

For his part, Morgan BERCHET achieves a real tour de force! After making a mistake in the first round, he came back from the bottom of the ranking and managed to rank 8rd in front of Alan TECHER.

In Challenger, Martin RENAUDIN took second place in the category while achieving an honorable 10rd place for scratching. Alan AGOGUE completes the Challengers podium and finishes 13rd scratch.

In the provisional standings, DEBISE is in the lead with 103 points ahead of GINES (76 points) and MAURIN (51 points).
As a challenger, RENAUDIN is in the lead with 93 points ahead of ANTIGA (84 points) and AGOGUE (65 points).

SUPERSPORT 600

RACE 1: CAUCHI SURPRISES DEBISE

A superb start is to the credit of the pole sitter: Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki – Michelin). The latter, however, is “hooked” by Challenger driver Ludovic CAUCHI (Yamaha – Pirelli), himself in the crosshairs of another Challenger: Tom BERCOT (Yamaha – Pirelli). The three drivers escape and battle in a particularly competitive triangular during almost the entire race!

In the last laps, BERCOT stalls slightly and leaves CAUCHI and DEBISE in muscular explanations for the victory. At the end of a real mechanical battle between the two drivers, it was ultimately the Challenger driver who won ahead of DEBISE. BERCOT, for his part, confirms the 3rd place and climbs to the last step of the podium.

Following a great start, Hugo CLERE (Yamaha – Pirelli) manages to isolate himself in 4rd position in the first rounds. He is then joined by Kévin LONGEARET (Yamaha – Dunlop) and Cédric TANGRE (Triumph – Michelin) who perform multiple passes on the rider of the Yamaha n°11. The assaults of LONGEARET and TANGRE bear fruit, which allows the two pilots to finish in this order at 4rd and 5rd places and complete the top 3 Supersport. CLERE ranks 6rd.

In Challenger, Ludovic CAUCHI and Tom BERCOT therefore climbed onto the first two steps of the podium. After finishing at 7rd scratch rank, Vincent FALCONE (Yamaha – Pirelli) completes the podium in the category.

RACE 2: DEBISE REVANCHARD

A rocket ! This is certainly what the entire paddock thought regarding the flight of Valentin DEBISE since 3rd place on the starting grid! The Albigensian takes the direct advantage over his opponents Challengers of the morning: Ludovic CAUCHI and Tom BERCOT.

Riding the #153 Kawasaki, DEBISE uses his usual tactic: killing the suspense from the start! He widened the gap on CAUCHI and BERCOT then won with more than 3 seconds in advance. For his part, CAUCHI resists BERCOT until the end and finishes 2rd.

The paddock is also observing Supersport driver Cédric TANGRE. Regular, he manages his race, isolated at 4rd rank, and finished ahead of Hugo CLERE, 5rd.

Among the Challengers, the end of the race highlights the battle between Kilian AEBI (Suzuki – Pirelli) and Vincent FALCONE for the victory of 3rd place in the category. Finally, it was the driver from the Coupes de France Promosport who won over FALCONE, so he finished 6rd scratch and 3rd Challenger behind CAUCHI and BERCOT.

In the provisional standings, DEBISE is in the lead with 98 points ahead of CAUCHI (85 points) and BERCOT (57 points).
In Challenger, CAUCHI is in the lead with 102 points ahead of BERCOT (82 points) and FALCONE (50 points).

Sanctioned for early departure, FARGIER, who was just behind the leader at the end of the race, received a 10-second penalty but still climbed to the second step of the podium.

Au 3rd rank, Remy SANJUAN (KTM RC4R), regular and diligent, completes the podium.

RACE 1: PONCET SEIZES THE OPPORTUNITY!

Dense, compact, tight...so many qualifiers that can describe the leading group as the competition is intense in SSP300! Following the tests where 40 drivers were selected from the 46 participating drivers, it is Alexy NEGRIER (Yamaha – Pirelli) who starts from pole position.

However, the latter was surprised in the first lap by Florent DA CUNHA (Kawasaki – Pirelli). But, that was without counting on the enthusiasm of Gabin CAZARD (Yamaha – Pirelli) and Diego PONCET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) who also came to jockey for the lead. We observe Line VIEILLARD (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) at the aspiration followed by Paul CAILLOL (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Adrien QUINET (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Loris CHAIDRON (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) and Lucas SASSONE (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin).

The group of 9 drivers put on a Dantesque spectacle throughout the race!

4 laps from the checkered flag, everything seems to be decided between VIEILLARD who is in the lead and faces PONCET – NEGRIER – DA CUNHA for victory.

The hierarchy changed on the following lap then a real thunderclap stopped the proceedings 2 laps from the finish: the Race Direction waved the red flag following a driver's fall.

The representative of the fairer sex was nevertheless in the lead when the red flag came out but the ranking froze in the previous lap where PONCET occupied first place. He therefore won in front of NEGRIER and DA CUNHA. VIEILLARD, who the paddock expected on the podium, finally finished 4rd.

QUINET, CAZARD and CHAIDRON are satisfied with 5rd, 6rd and 7rd places in front of SASSONNE and CAILLOL.

In Challenger, Ludovic AMOURET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) stands out in first place in the category. D'Jefferson DELBOSC (Kawasaki – Pirelli) ranks second ahead of Fergus CHRETIENNOT (KTM – Pirelli).

RACE 2: PONCET IN CUMULATION

During the first part of the race, Gabin CAZARD, Line VIEILLARD, Diego PONCET, Alexy NEGRIER and Adrien QUINET put on a show in the lead within a compact group. They are pursued by Anatole BEAUPERE (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Paul CAILLOL and Florent DA CUNHA.

However, the “twist category” is once again very strong! In the 6th lap, CAZARD as well as all the FT Racing Academy drivers, Line VIEILLARD, Loris CHAIDRON and Lucas SASSONE fell!

While NEGRIER was in the lead in the 8rd lap, the Race Direction waves a red flag, synonymous with stopping the proceedings.

The race restarts a few moments later for 5 laps and it is towards the leading quartet NEGRIER – QUINET – PONCET – BEAUPERE that all attention is turned. Finally, following the multitude of changes that took place within the hierarchy, NEGRIER won ahead of PONCET and BEAUPERE. QUINET fails at the foot of the podium.

Combined with the two races, it is ultimately PONCET who climbs to the highest step of the podium ahead of NEGRIER and QUINET. BEAUPERE ranks 4rd in front of DA CUNHA and CAILLOL.

In Challenger, Fergus CHRETIENNOT finished the second part of the race ahead of Enzo DAHMANI (Kawasaki – Dunlop) and D'Jefferson DELBOSC.

Overall, after the two parts of the race, it was Enzo DAHMANI who won ahead of Fergus CHRETIENNOT and Ludovic AMOURET.

In the provisional standings, PONCET is in the lead with 77 points ahead of NEGRIER (67 points) and QUINET (66 points).
As a challenger, AMOURET is in the lead with 87 points ahead of CHRETIENNOT (73 points) and DAHMANI (51 points).

Like the Saturday race, REEVES / ROUSSEAU fell back in the classification at the start and finished its first lap at 5rd rank while PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT and LEGLISE / LAVOREL escape in the lead.

However, still as fast as ever, the multiple World Champion quickly found his feet and got the better of LEGLISE / LAVOREL in the 6rd round. However, we will have to wait until the 10thrd turn so that REEVES / ROUSSEAU surpasses PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT.

The ranking remains unchanged for the last part of the race, REEVES / ROUSSEAU wins ahead of PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT and LEGLISE / LAVOREL.
