Ducati Cares is the promise of maximum safety via a protocol put in place by each official distributor through respecting distances, omnipresent disinfection, the presence of masks and other precautions implemented.

The Borgo Panigale brand uses the internal Task Force (time slots for the company restaurant, revised layout of working environments and production lines, definition of sanitation procedures, etc.) set up in the company at the first signs of the pandemic.
Note that digitalization is now an integral part of the field of sales and after-sales via online training for dealership employees. Ducati is also creating an imposing database which will make it possible to provide the majority of training to dealers online or by webcast, in particular for Service activities.
