The 2028 KTM 450 RC is a motorcycle designed specifically by KTM , with a chassis, calibration and specifications unique to the brand, combining top performance, high-end components and authentically KTM riding dynamics.
The chassis is equipped with adjustable WP APEX suspension at the front and rear. At the front, a 43 mm WP APEX inverted fork, adjustable for compression and rebound, ensures optimal control, while at the rear, a WP APEX shock absorber adjustable for preload and rebound is mounted on a single-sided swingarm.
Braking is handled by a 320 mm front disc with a WP four-piston radial caliper. This lightweight single-disc system reduces unsprung weight while preserving the motorcycle's dynamic character. High-performance Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tires are fitted as standard.
The KTM 450 RC also benefits from technologies usually reserved for higher-end models in the KTM Street range, such as cornering ABS, dual-channel MTC ABS with Road and Supermoto modes, and multiple riding modes. These features are accessible via a 5-inch TFT display, while USB-A and USB-C charging ports complete the technological package.
The 2028 KTM 450 RC offers rider confidence and advanced safety technologies to the mid-displacement sportbike segment, while maintaining versatility and dynamism that allow it to outpace the competition.
Production is scheduled for the end of 2027, and the KTM 450 RC will be marketed as a 2028 model. Full technical specifications and market availability information will be communicated at a later date.
