Danilo Petrucci is ambitious, he believes in himself and in the Barni team: he wants to be a big protagonist next season.

It started with a little difficulty, then Danilo Petrucci began to take the measure of this Superbike World Championship. It wasn't easy to arrive and immediately be competitive like it happened to him in MotoAmerica. He arrived in a championship at a much higher level and in which he had to adapt to some new features, notably the tires Pirelli. Initially, the problem was precisely being able to exploit its Ducati Panigale V4 R with new tires. There was a lot of effort between Superpole and the first laps of the race, but since Misano the progress has been significant.
With a year of experience under his belt, the Terni driver can certainly be stronger in 2024. The level on the grid will be very high, but the challenges do not scare him at all and he has a great desire to fight against the best SBK drivers. We expect to see him much more protagonist in the events of the calendar.

Among other things, one of his goals is to win at least one race. He has won in every championship he has raced in and would like to do so in Superbike as well. In recent years he has triumphed in MotoGP, Dakar, MotoAmerica and now aims to return to the top step of the podium in another category.
It won't be easy to win, but petrux is a warrior and he will give everything to have a very positive year with the Barni Spark Racing Team. Interviewed by the official WorldSBK website, he admitted his big dream for 2024: “ be in the top 3 at the end of the World Championship ».
Danilo sets the bar high. If last season he had to learn and adapt to the different changes, next season he wants to aim for the top. He knows that it will be difficult to finish in the top places in the final ranking, but the fact that he expresses this desire also shows the confidence he has in himself and in his team.
