New opportunity for the Polish rider in the Moto2 World Championship.
The Gran Premio Tissot de Aragón which will take place next weekend will see the Pertamina Mandalika SAG team line up Piotr Biesiekirski next to Tom Luthi et Will Bendsneyder. The 19-year-old rider, who currently occupies 13th position in his third season in the FIM CEV Moto2 European Championship, will be present as a wildcard on a MotorLand Aragón circuit that he knows well.
This is not a new face in the World Championship, since the Warsaw driver replaced Jesko Raffin at NTS RW Racing GP, immobilized by health problems last year, from the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix to that of the Valencian Community. An admittedly modest performance since it was crowned by two 21st places, but a significant experience of seven Grands Prix, to which was added a first wildcard this year at a Catalan Grand Prix that Piotr Biesiekirski finished in 25th position.
